Qualification
Enquiries are reviewed by the brokerage team in coordination with the owner's office. Anonymous or incomplete enquiries are not progressed.

Confidentiality
Upon qualification, a mutual confidentiality undertaking is exchanged. No dossier material is released before this step.

Dossier
A private dossier is released, including building plans, inventory, photography library, and an indicative structuring memorandum.

Private viewing
Viewings are arranged individually, off-market, with principals and their advisers only. Typical duration 2–4 hours.

Acquisition
Final structure, price, and terms are discussed directly between the parties, supported by legal and tax advisers on both sides.
